Guidelines to
Collect Welfare Fund of KNRK Welfare Fund Board
1.
Login with
User Id and Password .This User Id and Password should not be shared. Site is http://akshaya.keltron.in/
2.
Before
collecting member’s contribution you have to verify the membership card of the
citizen and ensure that he is an active member of NRK Welfare Fund Board.(Only
active members data will be available in site)
3.
Provide a
receipt to the member after the acceptance of Contribution & entry in
website.
4.
Collect
Service charge as per the below table only and transfer the premium money to
KNRK account (within 3days) . Akshaya office amount should be transferred to
Akshaya district office account in every month.

Akshaya Entrepreneur needs to open an SB account in SBT
with internet banking facility. You should transfer the money through Internet banking to
the SB Account No: 67132897592 of KNRK Welfare Fund Board with the State
Bank of Travancore, Kowdiar Branch.( This is very important ,You should not
directly remit cash to account . Such remittances will not be accounted to the
concerned NRK citizen credit.So take care of this)
5.
The amount
collected by e-Kendra has to be transferred to the KNRK Welfare Fund Board
Account on the next day if the amount exceeds Rupees Five thousand and in any
case not beyond three working days from the date of receipt of contribution.
6.
Submit the
online report of bank details for reconciliation on a daily basis
